Robert J. Mullen graduated in 1982 from Texas A&M University earning a B.S. in Wildlife & Fisheries Science, with degree emphasis on Aquaculture. Bob has extensive experience in pond design, fish populations, stocking rates, fish kills, and pond habitat management. He also has 20 years of hands-on experience in vegetable farming, native and exotic game species management, water fowl management, and commercial pecan production.

While a newcomer to the Texas real estate industry, Bob is very experienced in the utilization of rural land and its value for recreational or agricultural use.

Bill Morales was born and raised in San Antonio but has deep roots in the Texas Hill Country. He manages his portion of the family ranch located northwest of Junction.  A fourth generation rancher/landowner,  Bill's love for the land, ranching and wildlife has led him to a new career in real estate after 33 years with the San Antonio Police Department.
